Nubians, Toggenburgs, Lamanchas & Experimentals
ADGA Registered Dairy Goats
ADGA Registered Dairy Goats
We are in NW Iowa the beautiful flat lands of the Midwest. We are ADGA plus members, taking part in appraisal, milk test, and DNA testing. Our Nubian herd started in 2004 under the herd name of Ranschau Acres. It was created by Brittany, Libby and Maddie as a 4-H project. The Toggenburg herd started in 2007 under the herd name Meadow Valley, created by Justin and Jorden Korver, also as a 4-H project. Liam and Niko have decided they like Lamanchas, as of 2021 the experimentals will be bred Lamancha. Also with the help of friends we have added a small Lamancha herd to the mix. The herd is currently under the management of Justin, Brittany and Libby, while under the influence of two little boys (Liam and Niko).
Happy cow may come from California, but Happy Goats come from Iowa! Just ask the girls or look at the milk records and LA scores.
Looking to add production? How about adding a buck or doe with milk records, Alpha Casein, and appraisal records behind them? Why not add an animal that can and will perform not just on paper but the milk room as well!
